Founded in 2018 by Hunter, a Nashville native with over a decade of experience in the city’s new development sector, Walk Thru Crew was born out of a recognition of a crucial need in the construction turnover process.
Our simple objective is to prioritize the final stages of construction projects, ensuring that they receive the attention they deserve. As a locally owned and operated company, Walk Thru Crew has introduced a more efficient and effective approach to construction turnover management in Nashville.
Since 2020, Walk Thru Crew has successfully managed the turnover and delivery of over $1.75 billion dollars’ worth of new construction projects. Currently, we have an additional $305 million worth of projects contracted for delivery in 2025 & 2026.
